      The company values are followed and managers try to ensure that you ideas or process improvements get evaluate and implement it. There is also a lot of flexibility on the working hours if need it.

      Cons

      The projects schedules are not all the time correctly developed and followed. Not a lot of social activities or events as other companies in the same field use to do.
