      Pros

      Epicor is a place where you can design your own career path and receive plenty of support from the company for your personal career development. Most of my time day-to-day is spent taking care of customers, which is enjoyable.

      Cons

      Sometimes its difficult to find the answer to a product related question. Lots of travel but travel time only counts 1/2 towards incentive compensation.

      -Great colleagues, always willing to help -Great relaxed ambiance and flexible hours -New CEO with great vision- aligning culture to business! -New management is motivated to create much needed positive change

      -Lack of formal training -Lack of proper delegation -Overload of work and lack of knowledgeable resources -Lack of documentation, standardized processes, and organization

      Very nice company with a clear vision. People are smart and helpful. The best manager I have ever had! Good work life balance and benefits. So far it has been a great experience.

      Traffic getting to and from work.
