      Pros

      Very good environment Friendly team A new philosophy of the company is in place, it seems the near future will be exciting having the opportunity to learn and improve new skills

      Cons

      Formal training: the company is investing actually in some training programs, however as a new employee the first weeks could be difficult. Internal communication: due to the internal changes, new roles, etc. communication is not well transmitted across teams... definitely the company needs to improve.

      Pros

      Good pay, steady income if you work hard. Chances for promotion if you excel at your position.

      Cons

      Monkey work, very repetitive. Hard to stay motivated doing the same thing over and over. No accountability among management, many guarantees that never happen.

      Pros

      Had a chance when merged aka took over Activant. Activant had a strong, positive hard-working and loyal corporate culture.

      Cons

      Epicor is the direct opposite of Activant. Chopped off the heads of all Activant executives, many with over 30 years experience. 30 years and then 15 minutes later they were out the door. Not one, but all. Stole their stock options they had been accumulating for pennies. It's not like they can afford to lose the people who could make Activant profitable no matter the economy. A lot of hubris for a company in a dying industry.
