      There are good benefits and the pay is great. The staff is friendly

      It is boring I have never been in a more dead office in my life. There is very limited motivation or energy just in general.

      I have been here for 2 and a half years part of this time as an intern, I can tell that Epicor is a great company to start your professional career and why not stay here for long time, they have very good wages ad great employment benefits while keeping a good environment, the knowledge you could get here is also a benefit, is becoming worldwide and is very professional the interaction between all employees around the world, very cultural company, what I like more about Epicor, is that if you are an intern they give you the change to growth and then become an employee.

      The office is quiet, in some areas is difficult to let the employees move between other areas inside the company, "seems like every area is a different company” is difficult to growth professionally after certain time
