      NONE THAT COME TO MIND.

      Cons

      Senior management has no respect for workers on the front lines. Arbitrary decisions are made by looking at numbers on a page, not delving into the added value employees are contributing in terms of customer relations, rapport,etc.

      Challenge and motivation in the right proportion

      Pros

      Working at Epicor provides the balance between the challenges of the work and the motivation to solve those challenging issues. Each case which we work on is different, so there is no chance for mechanical working. I also think that teamwork is great, but one can be independent in the daily work as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes the result of our job is not so visible, as there are issues which simply cannot be solved without further escalations or without involving the developer colleagues or other teams.
