      Pros

      Great schedule! Awsome team! Manager doesn't have his eyes on your shoulder all the time. So if you work hard you will be rewarded. Study bonus.

      Cons

      Training was on phone calls and webex meeting, I believe we should have taken this training personally in USA since we are handling USA tasks.

      There is air conditioning and heat.

      Cons

      The management is horrible which really hurts the culture of the company. You will see more work added to your plate just so your manager can show what a great team he/she has. Morale is low and the motivation is kept low with being overworked. Middle mangement is a joke. They can't even do their job so explaining how to do your job is out of the question.
