      Challenging place to work

      Pros

      This is a big enough organization to offer opportunities for growth. Very fast paced and high energy. Epicor, formerly NSB and formerly STS, is a great local employer for West-Island residents. The offices are nice. The atrium/cafeteria is gorgeous. Parking is easy.

      Cons

      Clients are stressed. Retail is tough. So often stressful place to work. And difficult to make clients happy. There have been a lot of changes in the Pointe-Claire offices since NSB became STS. A lot of lay offs so many of the people who have been there a long time are "tired".

      Pros

      Good benefits. Comfortable local office. Consistent revenue steam and 95% customer renewal rate add up to company stability. New status as privately held company offers possibility of breaking old fiefdoms and introducing new ideas and efficiencies.

      Cons

      Bit of a boys club in Development. New status as privately held company adds to risk of divisional sell off.
