Pros

The only people I would recommend this job to are students still in college Flexible hours Paid weekly Easy work Unless you go out of your way to be lazy or do something majorly stupid, you won't get fired

Cons

Super boring They like to lure people in by talking about how sharp people get promoted quick- this is a lie. The only way you will be promoted is if you kiss management's ass / are a total douche-tool or know people who are already on Epicor's 20th floor roster If you don't talk about football, you are invisible to management One manager in particular is extremely rude and disrespectful- unlike anything I've ever experienced in my 8 year in the work force Underpaid

Pros

The Epicor management team has been fantastic. They allow you to work with a great degree of independence yet provide support as needed. As long as you are preforming, i.e. making sales and/or hitting KPI's and following process you are not micromanaged If you tend to be self directed and rely on your creativity to be successful than Epicor is a great fit.

Cons

If your style doesn't map to a self-directed approach to sales than you might find it a bit difficult at Epicor. The management allows you to work independently but if you are successful in that environment than you might end up in trouble. They give you enough rope but if you cant work that way you might find that you are given enough rope to hang yourself.

Not Great, the top guy is not in touch with anyone doing the actual work

Pros

Not many, in my position I get a lot of autonomy and that is good

Cons

The top guy appears to only care about short term profitability and not long term growth. He is a robot that only looks at numbers and doesn't see people
