      benefits, remote options, nice employees

      Cons

      Terrible training, no mgmt support or communication, treat customers poorly unless they are high profile. Don't appreciate employees until they quit. No mentoring all about billing and revenue

      Pros

      Nice office with a cool lunchroom where you can watch sports and news. Coworkers are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      No cultivating internal talent. When they had a payroll issue it was not solved for two months. Company has difficulty keeping people motivated and finding solutions to problems. Instead of it being about finding a solution for customers they feel its about finding a solution that is easy for Epicor or not even trying to do it. Experienced problems with follow up to customers from people in the corporate ladder.
