      Pros

      My experience may not be the same as everyone else, but I've had great managers at my time at Epicor, the company gave me ample time to get trained when I first joined and they gave me a lot of freedom since joining. It helped that I worked Remotely most of the time.

      Cons

      the company has gone through some acquisitions and mergers recently, some of those didn't go as smooth as possible

      Pros

      Exposed to new technologies, great immediate coworkers and management - willing to help when / where they can, laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      Very limited training opportunities. Formal training is rarely offered to employees. There is a new certification program so that employees can demonstrate that they are qualified to do the job they have already been doing for years but have not provided the time to do this during the 9 to 5. Not enough support people plain and simple.
