      Pros

      Flexible work schedules to suit your family life. I know several people who only work 4 day work weeks. Very little "politicing" taking place, at least that I am exposed to. People all get along and do their work, and don't worry about who is doing what, who did what, who was promoted, etc.

      Cons

      I find one of the problems which I am exposed to in the company, is some divisions don't talk or respect the opinion of some of the other groups, especially where the divisions are located in different geographic locations.

      Pros

      Got enough time to train and get into the job. The mentors were patient and positive. Gave compliment when I did a good job.

      Cons

      Generally not a good job. Sounded interesting in the hiring process but I was not satisfied in the end. I would not recommend this job to anyone.

      Pros

      The benefits are great...... also if you need experience after getting out of college this would be a good place to check out.

      Cons

      Too many to list right now, but the main con would be that this job is mindless and boring. Monotonous would be a great way to describe this position. Manager do their best to keep you motivated, but fall short most of the time.
