      Pros

      Pay, flexibility and workload were pretty balanced for the most part. Worked with some great people and a few not so great.

      Cons

      There were some unreasonable expectations at times. Experienced some poor management at times and lack of team communication

      Good working environment , friendly and great working location

      Cons

      While their policy as a hybrid environment, the policy is highly inflexible and lacks the flexibility one might expect from a software company. Management and HR monitor attendance on a monthly basis with significant oversight, missing even a single day of the required office presence can result in a formal HR warning. Despite being in the tech sector, the corporate culture remains very traditional regarding physical presence
