Pros
The actual people who work for a living are, every single one of them, the best people you could want to work with. But once management gets past supervisor or manager level, all they care about is their bonuses.
Cons
We just went through YET another layoff. I'm glad I still have my job but they got rid of people with no regard to what their job functions were or even how profitable they were. All to get that bottom line to where the CEO gets his big, fat bonus. Even when it was part of Prophet21 with their horrible management, they were better than this current bunch of "good old boys". I DO NOT recommend working here if you want to keep working any length of time.
