      - Absolutely no technological growth - Zero career growth - Non trained manager treating people like "Salves" - HR team is of no use as usual - No investment on people and tech - Most of the projects still running in house and they are vendor of choice for cloud

      India management had no decision making power, and unprofessional managers

      Pros

      - Got to work on cloud technologies - Decent salary while joining, but the hikes were poor which made me draw less than average industry salaries in 5 years span.

      Cons

      - Unprofessional managers: There is one Indian Manager (platform team) working from the USA, he used to pull us (the team in Bengaluru) into meetings and make us work till night 12 AM to sometimes 1 AM. He didn't care what's time in India and how do we go back to home at late night. He used to literally yell at us. - Indian managers working in the Bengaluru office behave like slaves to UK/USA management. - Average Salary
