      Your co-workers are great, they are always there to give you a hand when needed. Flexibility to work. Nice offices. Good communication through all ranks.

      Cons

      A lot of information that requires a quick grasp in order to star working properly. Some lack of documentation.

      Lack of focus and direction evident to the lower level staff. Where are we going and why is not evident.

      Pros

      Upper management tends to have a hands off policy in day-to-day operations and decisions. Each work group tends to run independently. Salary and benefits are ok. Local groups generally are tight-knit and good people.

      Cons

      All decisions are based on cost-savings and nothing else. Upper management decisions are often mind boggling. New management initiatives are talked up, then forgotten and abandoned. Frequent acquisitions and mergers with many rounds of layoffs.
