      Pros

      They offer great benefits with good teamwork across the whole PD department. I've never been checked on my times because I always deliver all my work if not more, so you can really work without much pressure and expect to have great balance on your lifestyle.

      Cons

      The salary growth has not impressed me so far, in one-year I've seen five colleagues leaving Epicor for another company, and when I asked them about the salary, they got at least 30-40% more than in Epicor, which is a lot. Top talent retention seems to be hard for managers since HR barely approves a bigger increase.

      Pros

      It is good work atmosphere in the office in Russia, all employees are nice and ready to help. There are small staff turnover because of good attitude towards employees. Working process is really enjoying and people don't usually go home lately. All of my team are really great in performing their duties.

      Cons

      I can find only one not even downside, but remark: the office is pretty formal, not such modern as in another Russian IT companies and my chair is old so it crackles all the time I sit in it. But chair is pretty comfortable so it is not a big deal.
