2yThanks for this feedback, we just rolled out global health insurance so we hope to improve it and make it more affordable as we grow! In order for Ergeon to adapt quickly, sometimes departments and staff will have changing responsibilities and roles as an alternative to laying off staff and hiring new staff that immediately have those new skills. We have chosen to invest in our staff instead, which may mean some longer periods of learning and practice before the next level can be achieved in a new area. We try to make this growth path as clear as possible during the Quarterly Review period, but there is always room for improvement!
