      1) The company really respects your work time and let you at ease with your personal life. 2) They effort you put in at work is usually rewarded be it as a promotion or as a bonus. 3) Really great team environment.

      Cons

      1) They value effort to be rewarded but sometimes pay more attention to that effort in seniors. 2) The effort is rewarded even in people tat are not doing any team work and are doing the work environment hard.
