      Over the past four years, my experience here has been truly rewarding. It’s a supportive and collaborative environment where team members are always willing to lend a hand. Training resources are consistently available, making it easy to get up to speed with new tasks or responsibilities. Communication is clear and transparent, and goals are well-defined, which makes expectations easy to follow. There’s strong support from both peers and leadership, and the benefits—especially PTO and tech perks—are a great plus.

      Cons

      Overtime is a possibility, but there's always the option to get to an agreement. No local holidays, no US holidays, only Christmas and NYE
