      Pros

      Ergeon is a great company because of the culture and sense of community. The leadership is amazing and they have managed to empower and motivate everyone to have the same perspective towards remote work.

      Cons

      Pay rate is great for Sales roles. Pay rate for leadership roles is not ideal, for the amount of work and different roles to perform it could be better. Not good work life balance, work can be overwhelming with long hours.

      Pros

      I think it has good perks, we get at least 10 days paid vacation a year, we get reimbursement for a computer after a year, we also have an amount to spend on our remote office per year. People are super friendly and you always have an opportunity to meet people from around the world
