Business Outlook
Pros
Super positive culture at an all-remote company with staff all over the world. Lots of smart people trying to solve hard problems and I've always been impressed with how helpful everyone is. There is room to grow, and I love that I am always problem-solving and adjusting to new things. Because this is a younger company, ideas can come from anywhere and can make a huge difference in how we do things.
Cons
Things can change very quickly and this was an adjustment for me from my previous positions, but there is never a dull moment!
