      Pros

      It´s one of the best places i´ve worked so far. Is a very friendly and kind place. Even though you have to work remotely it doesn't feel like it. Time goes by fast and you start making friends all over the world. Growing within the company is always possible and everyone is always willing to help. You can express you opinions , be proactive and creative.

      Cons

      I think not been able to meet with your co-workers as much as you would want to but other than that i don't see any cons.
