Pros
Working for Ergeon has given me that work-life-balance that a lot of people seeks for. I can be present in my family's lives and at the same time grow and excel in my career. Ergeon also gives you room to grow. I started in a different department but that same department supported me when I chose to pursue a different path within Ergeon. I also love the value that Ergeon has because it mirrors the value that I instill in my family, especially kindness. Culture. Being a fully-remote company, maintaining a certain culture can be challenging, but I believe our HR has done a great job in maintaining that culture through different monthly programs that keep us connected.
Cons
You have to file for PTO if you want to be off on holidays. Getting the holidays off back would be nice.
