      Pros

      I've never been in a workplace that gives their company values this much priority. Being lean, kind and investing in the people are the values. Great work/life balance. I haven't done overtime yet. Frequent performance reviews (once every 3/6 months depending on level) Flexible working hours (there are 4h work periods for each day that is shared companywide rest of the hours are flexible which helps a lot)

      Cons

      Flexible working hours (This is also a con which makes it hard to start working early morning hours :) ) Compensation is not competitive, it could be better but it is on acceptable levels.

      Thank you for this feedback. We are certainly in our high season with lots of business and running at full steam ahead! We are so impressed with the huge effort from our Project Management team to respond to this opportunity and have functions around the company working overtime to support their efforts and to reduce the workload as we have grown more quickly than we expected!
