      Brilliant work environment in general with a culture of respect within the company. Although your day to day is very much influenced by the project that you work on. There are growth opportunities if you keep knocking at the door. The company has in recent years put more emphasis on developing young talents so it is a good workplace for young professionals. Annual bonus is good.

      Salary could be more competitive. This leads to talent retention issues. Too much focus on costs.
