      Pros

      Stable, well-funded product roadmap and global brand reputation. Extremely international teams—great cultural learning opportunity. Plenty of internal training budgets for new frameworks. Generous parental leave and solid healthcare coverage. Collegial atmosphere; senior engineers are approachable and helpful.

      Cons

      Release cycles can feel slow due to legacy processes. Decision-making is highly centralized, limiting individual autonomy. Outdated tooling in parts of the monolithic codebase hampers velocity. Salary growth lags behind fast-moving startups in the region. Frequent reorganizations create uncertainty about long-term ownership.

      - Known name, probably good in resume - Career development is possible, but not for everybody. If you develop good relationships there, you can go far - Stable job and definitely not the most challenging place to work, easy to just go with the flow

      Cons

      - Company culture is different in every team, so if you are lucky, you'll have a good team - It is good to be a manager - if you are not good or will not succeed, they will still try to keep you with tooth and nail, even if the team is not happy - Processes are in place but there are a lot of aspects that have not been thought of
