Technically you'll have access to a lof of technology, some of it bleeding edge. But you'll have to look it up and work for it. Support is a very stable organization. You'll be mostly safe from workforce fluctuations
Cons
There's not a lot of mobility. You'll have to be quite determined if you want to change roles. If you want to move technically, you'll have to be in the right product. Otherwise, you'll be stuck at whatever level you get in
