      It´s a great company full with people that will let you grow, nice enviroment and many oportunities, also one of the companies in México that actually respects the law, they pay you extra hours and extra days if you work them

      you may take leadership roles or activities beyond your job without extra pay, this is because you have to escalate to the next job stage to get better salary, to do that take time, preparation and effort, encourage you to grow, but disappointing at the same time
