      Pros

      Ericsson draws on it global presence and technological leadership to sustain its leadership in the industry. Being in business since the 1830s, it has a proven track record in delivering on its commitments. Values: Professionalism, Preseverance, Respect. Despite being an organization of men, we strive to live them on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The ICT industry is becoming harder to play in. Telco service providers are increasingly challenged by new paradigms (e.g., OTT players) and thus suffer from an uncertain, yet already unbalanced, dynamic in the industry.

      Telecommunication business is competitive and hectic leading to increasing stress and internal conflicts. There is a general aim for tranparency which basically means that a process is generated for everything making the company less flexible and decision making slower.
