      Ericsson has a nice and friendly work environment which motivates employee to perform better. It also encourages innovative ideas that can expedite the business to achieve company goals. Ericsson is a global employer which has made this company renowned and popular as a brand.

      Cons

      In Ericsson the benefits and salaries are not properly mapped with the local economy or market. Also career path for any individual employee is not clear.

      Pros

      Good People and fast paced, multi-national evironoment, good skiils and technical opportunities. There are plenty of areas within Telecoms, pasts experiences and knowledge/insight are utilised. Good teamwork and network of interlinked business units.

      Cons

      Ericsson has own work methodology which can be slow, International assignments and connections getting reduced. Money and benefits reach a certain level and cannot increase, management style is getting too Anglo-Saxon and American. Sometimes you seem to be working on the same thing forever.
