      It was ok, but it required too much time. Almost no vacations and a lot of extra hours a day

      Pros

      Payment is ok. They give you a good health insurance. Managers can be flexible with schedules when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to travel a lot outside of the country, sometimes for long periods of time. They do not always have the enough human resources for the projects and long maintenance sessions, so that people is overloaded with work.
