      Excellent benefits, good opportunity to move within the company

      Cons

      Ericsson Silicon Valley presence is still not very well publicized, especially in network infrastructure/equipment provider. Ericsson is less well known in the US, but they are gradually making an impact in the next-gen 4G (LTE) technology.

      Do not allow employees to be creative Senior management are not knowledgeable about the product Senior management are not competent Too many senior manager and redundant roles Do not reward value add employees Political rating of employees, favoritism Swedish Employees are favored over all other elasticities

      Pros

      You will not find better benefits anywhere else in the Dall-ft. Woth area. Nice campus atmosphere with lake. Close to shopping.

      Cons

      The work space is very limited within your cubicle. Most employees are not very friendly and some are downright rude.
