      - Decent pay - Awesome benefits package

      Cons

      The good ole boys network (and good ole "girls") is in full effect here. Politics are rampant, nepotism is everywhere, and if you don't have an established network and a good manager, be prepared to be profiled/railroaded when you want to do the right thing. Layoffs are frequent. Unprofessional behavior is tolerated, and even seems to be rewarded.

      Pros

      Benefits are "fully paid" by Ericsson.

      Cons

      Management lays off the seasoned and talented employees so they can hire new college grads. I was told by a management source that this lowers the cost for that cost center and the manager gets a bonus as a result.

      Pros

      They pay well and have great benefits. They are very large and that should give you opportunities if you are willing to move.

      Cons

      They are outsourcing most of their knowledge base to India. They don't give any regard to how much experience you bring to the table. They have been converting their company into a software managed services company and they are having a very tough year.
