Pros

- Office has a nice view

Cons

- Low salary - RTO policy is poorly thought out since everyone works in at least 2 conflicting timezones - Constant threat of layoff anytime, pretty much every week now there are just teams disappearing - Lack of recognition and reward. Rare to get a promotion unless you're friends with leaders on your org - Leadership teams seem to be rudderless and cascading flow of yes people down the line resulting in poorly thought out plans that waste valuable time and resources.
