Pros

Pay scale is good IMO

Cons

Managers don't know how to help team ladder up, they lack the roadmap for team members and even the vision is not clear. I was impacted with layoffs, and my manager clearly mentioned in my last call, that i should take it as a lesson. Because of lack of visibility and no growth opportunities, I switched internally, but my yearly review was still with my old manager. He screwed that up, I always had exceed expectations/consistently achieves, and he gave me "not meet expectations" which led to this.

Pros

Not much overtime required here

Cons

Poor decisions driven by ego, politics, and lack of vision continue to contribute to ongoing layoffs and high employee turnover across the organization. The company seems to be spiraling. Every time they announce their “best quarter ever,” it’s usually followed by major changes and layoffs.
