Pros

Benefits are really good and you can sometimes use company POS for travel discounts

Cons

ERS Leadership is all over the place. Micromanagement is out of control and no one at the top seems to care take everyone is running away. The core foundation is built on quicksand and is sinking fast.

Pros

Decent base salary, with bonus structure built in each quarter. Good wellness benefits and you get to travel to the different markets you cover and have the flexibility to work from different offices.

Cons

Poor leadership skills within management. Company preaches work-life-balance, but Management you report to really doesn’t care about your well being. Offices can be very divided and full of cliques. Hard to be promoted unless you want to transfer to a different position with Egencia or Travel Ads.

Pros

Good place for work life balance, but some of the tech senior management is extremely racist and has no work ethics.

Cons

It's a place where ones career growth is dependant on pleasing your leadership only, very badly structured place
