      Pros

      Company does not have dress code, which makes relationship between higher and lower management more casual. Leaders all have a guideline of policy to follow hence abusing of power does not exist here. Very minimum office politics as all employees have clear goals to achieve and the goals does not involve personal interest. No over-time required here hence work life balance is ideal.

      Pros

      Expedia is a very friendly enviroment ,you can see from the first day how everybody rescects each other no matter position , work/life balance .Also, provides travel benefits and lot more that no other company does , like wealthness programms, activities.And last but not least Expedia helps you to imrove your shelf in so many levels by organising workshops, trainings etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes all these reports and ''numbers" might seem a challenge especially for a new hired who haven't experienced something familiar before , but it is also an opporunity to challenge yourself and become better and better .

      Pros

      You have always somebody to protect you even if you made a mistake. The environment is so friendly and the most important is that you wake up in the morning an you want to go in the office!!!

      Cons

      You deal with thousands of hotels and you have to keep them satisfy even if they are angry and unpleasant.
