      Pros

      I love working for a company that believes in work/life balance while still being an industry leader. We have a fantastic environment where my colleagues are top notch, supportive and I learn something new every day.

      Cons

      Not the highest paying company, however, work/life balance is immeasurable.

      Open culture!! Very technically sound management giving you loads of opportunities to learn and perform!! Company cares for you!! Nice food and facilities!! Good benefits and compensation!!!

      Cons

      Most of the senior management sits in US and hence at times, India operation may feel lack of guidance. However, focus is shifting, which is good.

      So far, I did not find any big Cons, this is promising growth company, it should be a good choice for employee.
