Pros

Doing free activities, free restaurant visits, the networking, and meeting people from all over the world, you get wonderful opportunities to experience new things.

Cons

The management was one of the worst I have ever worked for. They only promote from the outside and hire inept people.

Pros

Work and life balanace are good. Generally reasonable development process.

Cons

Incompetence among senior management (among technology). Frequent changes of firstline or second line management. Frequent Re-org. Very old technology. Micromanagement of technical issues by some senior managers (CTO, VPs, etc) Limited career growth.
