      Pros

      Good people and lots of opportunitites for collaboration. Work life balance seems fine to me, but I have observed that varies team to team.

      Cons

      It's so difficult to get anything done. I think many of the dev/resource team sare understaffed and it makes it challenging if your project is high a super high priority to the company. The Work Spaces are "meh" it is cube-ville to the extreme. Pay is alright, but other tech companies pay better.

      Pros

      Flexible hours and travel discounts, the industry is very dynamic and there is always something new going on or a crisis somewhere that impacts your work - this makes it interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      ridiculous things you have to say, AHT not measured appropriately for flight calls, content on website is often inadequate or incorrect

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good training (although the class is two weeks and could be about 2 months instead), smart coworkers.

      Cons

      The job isn't very 'hard' , but it is stressful and people yelling at you isn't very much fun. Advancement is easier than it should be, but not past the basic level.
