Pros

Good benefits, nice office, generally nice people to work with on your level

Cons

Unreliable, loads of anxiety, CPO CTO and CEO are a mess. Constant fear of what’s going to happen next. Direction seemed to be blurry… loads of long strategies and lists of goals from different leaders and little alignment. Super confusing. Hard to bond with colleagues abroad and even in the same country. Barely any opportunities for growth. People seem less and less happy to be in the office and just dip in and out, understandably so.

Pros

Great offices, benefits and perks. Used to have a great manager but too many re orgs which made it hard to progress your career.

Cons

Layoffs every quarter in every part of the business, you are constantly in survival mode and insecure about your job.
