      Pros

      The benifits are excellent. People are nice, but often a bit "odd". Pay is decent. I enjoyed it when I was left alone to work.

      Cons

      The work culture is odd, there is some pressure to be involved in "social issues" and stuff that is not work related. I don't want a "work family" I just wanted to do my job and go home. I did not like the political correctness ether.

      Management is horrendous - completely unprepared, inexperienced and will make your life hell if you don't comply to their weird rules Be prepared for huge office politics Company is at maturity so no progression Hiring freezes and redundancies everywhere A lot of chat about nothing

      Everyone wants to bring snacks for you. Friendly people Diverse personalities Good location

      Cons

      HR is condescending and treat you like a number, unfortunately my manager was new and went straight to HR but other managers know better as most people don't get fired, rather get warnings and time for reconciliation then if all fails then get terminated. Work socials feel compulsory as it helps bond teams but isn't that what work is for, I've noticed that they spend more time with colleagues than people outside of work. Not a good place for work life balance, definitely consumes you
