Thank you for your review – we value your input. Overall, the feedback we receive on Glassdoor is positive but we understand that not everyone shares this experience. Our management team in India is working very closely with our HR function as we have experienced significant recent growth and we anticipate that this growth will continue. With any growth there can be challenges and we encourage you to discuss any issues you see with your local leadership or HR - it is through communication like this that we can develop solutions to any management challenges we may face.

Pros

Opportunities to move between different business units. Benefit package is competitive.

Cons

Technology teams tend to go thru immense change every couple of years. Management does not typically provide enough time for changes to have an impact before changing direction again making it difficult to succeed.

Pros

Time off is good, but many departments require holidays. Benefits are could be better, but not as bad as many places.

Cons

Compensation is terrible for the amount of work. The technology is poor, so poor that it makes you frustrated on a daily basis because you can't help your customers. Management is burned out and it shows. No team spirit or bonding. The manager seems to have some control issues .
