Pros

Good company to work with

Cons

They push you to the limit, no recognition and lack of work progression and promotions. They make you be train in difficult topics in which they should be handle it by managers, no promotions and no pay rise for work something in which you work title and task are not mentioned. Pressure to have to have KPI on target and not listening to the issue is encauntering and make the changes on the line.

Pros

At the moment as compared to other tech companies none

Cons

Firings are going on . In some teams people are being fired one by one. Toxic environment. Most of the managers don't know how to manage. A major culture drop and no longer an employee centered company
