Pros
They are generally pretty easy to get along with, if you communicate with them, and show up for work on time. Though they aren't likely to find you full time employment, it can be a good networking opportunity.
Cons
It can be really hard to get hours, especially when you're first starting out. They can be a little disorganized, with staff failing to properly communicate with each other. Their record keeping isn't very good, especially tax related. Double check everything.
