      Great company, many bonuses, and if a corporate office great support from VPs.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, franchisees and corporate sometimes come down hard if quotas aren't met. Base pay isn't enough to compensate.

      Pros

      With my specific franchisee, I had tons of freedom in my specific role. I ended up seeing this was just a lack of involvement on their part.

      Cons

      -Bonuses/Commissions paid incorrectly or not paid at all -Problems kept arising even after management had been made aware -High turnover -Unprofessional work environment -Uninvolved management -Uninvolved franchisees -Manager played on IPad a lot -Manager blamed people for branch failure in front of everyone -Manager bad-mouthed everyone to everyone else -No follow up with training -Manager/Franchisees expected 100% knowledge of software immediately after training
