Pros
valuable Australian financial technology connections. they got me a good roles at NAB and then CBA, now that I've almost finished my time with I'll be going into a secure position with CBA.
Cons
paid less than you would be otherwise. FDM's connections come at the cost of letting them take a fraction of what you could be earning. If you already know someone that can get you a job at a major tech business, then do that, but if not, FDM might be worth the cost.
