Pros
When a new graduate is looking for a job, it very tough for him as the whole industry is looking for a person who is experienced and have hands on experience, this is where FDM comes in and offers the new graduates a chance to step into big companies by preparing them thoroughly. The training module is so well planned that you get the best of both worlds i.e. learning and working.
Cons
Personally I don’t feel any cons but yes most of the people think that while working with FDM they get paid less for two years but honestly speaking you get direct two years of experience, try to see where you will be after that.
