Great for CS graduates struggling to get work
Pros
very helpful for improving interview skills. great for IT field the developer training is good if you already have skills in programming from school but need to do intensive review and/or pick up skills that are glossed over in school. most trainers are helpful when they are available not a hostile environment, somewhat strict but as long as you are professional you will be fine. probably the best part is the placements are with some really good company's and most people end up working with the company they are placed with. fyi most placements will be with a finance company could be a pro or con depending on your interests.
Cons
Pay during training is absolute minimum wage 8.75$ for a 37.5 hour week, no opportunity for anything more but you will be loose hours if you are late. salary is not competitive for developers, you have a base salary and a per day salary so you end up loosing money when you take vacation days. training is useful but might be too fast and too shallow will give you basic skills but not a deep understanding. you don't get to pick what company you work for account managers will ask you to interview with a company, you will have a chance to say you are not interested but ultimately its not your decision so I would not recommend to anyone who is picky about the company they work for or does not work in the finance industry.
