Pros
-If you're a fresh university graduate with hopes of working in a bank but you don't have good grades, then FDM can help you get a job with a good bank. -Training is decent. - Good way to get I.T. job experience if you're a university graduate.
Cons
-You don't get paid while training, you only get paid once you start working for on of their clients. -To be trained by FDM you have to sign a contract saying you have to work for them for 2 years and that they can send you anywhere in the UK. - Only way around the country is by paying £21,000 or by getting a lawyer. - Not much flexibility in terms of choosing where you want to work or who you want to work for.
